Training Programs

RunVassar.com offers several training programs for runners of all levels.  The programs are designed as day-to-day running plans, and are taken from numerous sources.  Runner's World magazine and marathoner Amby Burfoot's The Complete Book Of Running, have both been consulted in the creation of these plans.  Vassar's men's and women's cross country team members have also contributed.  Click the link below to access the training plan menu.

Group Runs

Optional, very informal group runs are coming soon!  They'll most likely take place Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings.  Stay tuned!
